Todd County Central High School Alumni Foundation, Inc.

Our Mission Statement ~ “The TCCHS Alumni Foundation welcomes both TCCHS alumni and friends of the Foundation. Our emphasis continues to be focused on providing scholarships to the graduating classes of TCCHS.”

The TCCHS Alumni Foundation, Inc. has recently been organized to include the TCCHS Alumni Association, an organization first formed in 2013. In past years since its formation, the TCCHS Alumni Association previously worked under the umbrella of a foundation formed by the Todd County School District. Because of the success the original association has experienced, the officers and directors have opted to form their own foundation, thus becoming a separate entity. The Foundation is now legally incorporated through the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office, and as of February 2, 2024, we have the IRS paperwork completed as well. That IRS paperwork states the TCCHS Alumni Foundation, Inc. is a Kentucky nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes qualifying it for exemption from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

The officers/directors and any guests of the organization traditionally meet the third Tuesday each month at 4:00 PM. Until the new Todd County Public Library located at 507 South Main Street is completed, the Association / Foundation will be meeting at 207 East Main Street in the Christian Fellowship Center at Elkton Baptist Church. Meetings occur in December only if necessary. The mailing address for the Todd Central Alumni is P.O. Box 611, Elkton, KY 42220.
